Final Fantasy 13 Music
Final Fantasy
XIIIˇ¦s score was composed by
Masashi Hamauzu and performed by
the Warsaw Philharmonic
Orchestra while some synthetic
tracks will be done by Keiji
Kawamori and Mitsuto Suzuki. The
Japanese version soundtrack is
out on January 27th
of 2010 with 4 discs for the
limited version and an extra
ˇ§Drama CDˇ¨ written by Motomu
Toriyama, who is a scenario
writer. It will contain
performances by the gameˇ¦s voice
actors.
Also notable, in
the English version of the game,
the Leona Lewis will sing the
theme song ˇ§My Handsˇ¨ which can
be found on her Echo album as
well. It will replace the
original theme song ˇ§Kimi Ga Iru
Kara" (Because You're Here) for
English audiences.
On December 2,
2009, a single was released
containing the tracks ˇ§Eternal
Loveˇ¨ and ˇ§Kimi Ga Iru Karaˇ¨
with vocals by Sayuri Sugawara.
Nobuo Uematsu was supposed to
compose the songs, but when he
was chosen to do songs for Final
Fantasy XIV instead, Hamauza
took over the composition work.
This is the first time Uematsu
has not worked on a Final
Fantasy Series.
